Warmables has been established by Julian, Yvonne and Isaiah in the beginning of 2009.
The idea of using cherry pits for long lasting heat was inspired by Yvonne’s growing up in Switzerland.
Throughout the centuries Swiss farm houses where heated by a wood burning stove located in the kitchen. Cherry pits where heated inside the hearth and then used to keep the family beds warm or to soothe sore muscles and to loosen up congested sinuses.
Cherry pits to this day are a great way of holding on to warmth without damaging the environment.
We are proud to be able to bring an almost forgotten aspect of sustainable living back by recycling and preparing cherry pits so they can be reused for years to come.
Yvonne, experienced and skilled seamstress is in charge of all the cutting and sewing while Julian has taken over the shipping department. 10 year old Isaiah’s job is to use Warmables products several times a week and report the results.
Warmables products have been sold world wide to families, care givers, schools, chiropractors and spas.
More and more people are recognizing the potential health and well being benefits achieved by using Warmables.

ABOUT US
All Warmables heat packs are made using natural materials only.
The terry cloth covers consist of 100% cotton, each filled with cherry pits.
Each shipment contains a bottle of natural, essential eucalyptus oil for aroma therapy purposes.
We chose cherry pits over any other filler for several reasons:
- Cherry pits hold heat longer than rice, beans or flax.
- The pits are left over from cherries used for pies, preserves and fillings for various treats.
- Cherry pits would be garbage if not used for heat packs, toys and heat treatment cushions.
We also chose the pits over rice and beans because we did not want possible food sources to be used for our heat treatment line.
Cherry pit bags have been used to keep humans warm for centuries, in addition to the treatment of various injuries and aches and pains.
They can be applied as:
