Each set includes the Warmables warming sleeve, a cherry pit bag for long lasting heat and a BPA-free food storage container.Measures 9x9” and is used in combo with your childs’ insulated lunchbox.

This horse shoe shaped cushion is filled with nearly 2 pounds of cherry pits. Its shape allows you to move around freely as you are treating yourself to a few minutes of relief. Soothes a cramped neck, loosens tension and releases sinus congestion. Just put a drop of the included eucalyptus oil on the heated bag and start feeling better instantly. Use it at your desk, while you watch TV or as you are cooking.

HUGGABLES
A fish and a bunny want to be your childs best friend when cold and sick. Use it for winter strolls, cold hands, or hot fevers. Dab a few drops of eucalyptus oil on the warm bag to relieve stuffy noses and cold symptoms.
Or add a bit of lavender oil for sleepy time. Use the frozen bags to release an ever so gentle coolness for babies with a high fever. These 2 bags are sized for small hands and bodies.

Our back log is designed to cure back pains, relax muscles and ease tension along your spine and across you lowerback. Roll if back and fourth with your feet for an invigorating foot massage. LEG WRAP
The Leg Wrap is our largest Hot’n Cold Pack. It measures about 14x30” and weighs over 3 pounds. You will need a microwave interior measuring at least 12x12x10 to be able to fit the pack for heating.Perfect for the treatment of Fibro, RA, sports injuries and back pain. Great for the relieve of swollen body parts if used as cold pack.

ARTHRITIS GLOVE
Warmables RA gloves are designed to warm your entire hand at once. Panels filled with cherry pits are sewn into both sides of the glove reaching from your finger tips past your wrist. The moist heat omitted from the pits will sink into you muscles and joints within minutes and provide relief for at least 20 minutes. The glove is sized to fit all.

About 14x20”, the Bodice Healer is often used by massage therapists during RA treatments. It is large enough to warm up your entire front or back and weighs a bit less than 2 lbs. Again, the pack is heavy enough to let the heat “sink” into your bones and joints yet light enough so you will not feel weighted down. Great as cold pack or to warm up cold beds with as well.
